Dr. Amy Kriger is a board-certified family medicine physician from Peru, IN. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana and her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill in Greensburg, PA.
After receiving her D.O., Dr. Kriger completed a postgraduate internship and residency in family practice at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA. During her residency, she contributed to community discussions on mental health at elementary schools in the area.
Dr. Kriger is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Osteopathic Association and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association.
Dr. Kriger says, “My husband and I decided to move to Indiana because we love the area and sense of community. I hope to create long-term relationships with my patients. I especially enjoy women’s health and preventative medicine.”
In her spare time, Dr. Kriger enjoys spending time with her husband, son, cat, and dog. She also enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, reading, and spending time outside.
