Bethany Bell is a Physician Assistant who is originally from Connellsville, PA. She has practiced as a certified PA for 9 years since receiving her Master of Physician Assistant Science degree from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, PA.
Prior to becoming a physician assistant, Bethany received Bachelors of Science degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. She enjoyed several years in neuroscience research in Pittsburgh and at Johns Hopkins University.
Prior to working as a PA at Indiana Regional Medical Center, Bethany gained valuable medical experience caring for patients in the urgent care and family practice setting. Since 2014, Bethany has been a Surgical Physician Assistant. She is an experienced surgical first assistant to general surgeons in the operating room for laparoscopic, daVinci robotic laparoscopic surgery, and open procedures. She is also an experienced provider in the preoperative and postoperative management of surgical patients to extend the services of her surgeons. Bethany thoroughly enjoys the privilege of being a surgical PA and having the opportunity to care for surgical patients.
Bethany holds professional memberships with the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants (PSPA), the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and the American Association of Surgical Physician Assistants (AASPA).
Outside of her career, Bethany enjoys being active with her family and is busy raising her son and daughter with her husband.
