Nutrition: Sweet Dough Recipe

2 cups of water
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of white sugar
2 1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup of oil
1 1/2 pints of cream


Bring water, sugar & oil to a boil for 5 minutes and cool the mixture. Beat 2 eggs & ½ tsp salt. Add liquid from above mixture. Add 2 ½ to 3 tsp of yeast. Add enough flour to make soft dough. Let the dough rise.

Mix and beat heat on stove and bring to boil. Pour evenly into 2 large 9x13 baking dishes. Roll out the dough, spread with butter, brown sugar and sprinkle cinnamon. Roll up, cut 16 rolls and place in pans.

Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes then rotate pan and bake for 12-15 minutes more.
Invert pan on wax paper or foil before allowing to cool.
