IRMC Physician Group is excited to announce that our physician offices are transitioning to a new patient portal in late 2018/early 2019. Your provider's office will give you access to the new portal following your appointment, be sure to let them know you are interested in IRMC.me! Once your physician's office has implemented our new Electronic Health Record system, you may also gain access by clicking "Request Access" on this page and filling in the required information. In order to access IRMC.me, you must provide us with a valid e-mail address as well as your zip code. The zip code is used as your security answer upon initial log in.
By signing up for the patient portal, IRMC.me, you will gain access to a variety of features:
- Pay your bill in one location.
- Receive automated reminders of upcoming appointments.
- Review certain test results and your health history.
- Request a prescription refill.
- Request an appointment.
- Communicate to your physician's practice.
You may be using two different portals to access your IRMC/IPG medical records. You will still have access to the old portals for the next year so that you have continued access to your historical medical records. To access our old portal, "My Health Record", click here.
