Tiffany Wissinger is a certified registered nurse practitioner from Hagerstown, Md., who earned her master’s of science degree in family nursing from the University of Maryland in College Park, Md.
After receiving her master’s, Tiffany gained experience in multiple clinical settings and specialties, which include orthopedics, gastroenterology, family practice, hospital medicine, psychiatric care, and medical detoxification. Since 2013, she has taught as an associate professor for Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s nursing department.
Tiffany is an active member in several church and charity groups throughout the Indiana, Pa., community. She is a member of the Indiana County YMCA’s Celebrate Recovery group, Summit Church’s Mother of Preschoolers group, and is also a bible teacher at The Seventh Day Adventist church, where she preaches and offers weekly health lessons.
Her objective as a nurse practitioner and community member is to provide patients with the best physical and mental health care in the region and to continually teach her patients how to live healthy lives.
Away from nursing, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, hiking at local and state parks, and learning the piano and guitar.
